Trillium Flow Technologies is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the power, desalination, water transmission and oil and gas markets.
The two corporations have signed a joint agreement that may deliver the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann brands collectively beneath the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will concentrate on creating the ecological and gas compression sectors, where its subsidiaries TME and TMIC function.
